Legal address in Tashkent: what the rent includes and which plan to choose
Why a company needs a legal address, which documents you receive and how the plans for the simplified and general tax regimes differ.
A registered address is required when setting up a company and serves as its official address. It is used for company registration and business operations, as well as for official communication with government authorities. If your team works remotely or you are just starting your business, renting a registered address can often be more cost-effective than leasing a separate office.
What the rent includes
- a guarantee letter — needed to register a company or change its address;
- a lease agreement;
- mail handling — letters arrive at the address and we receive them;
- confirmation of presence at the address if an authority or a bank asks for it;
- registration of the lease in E-IJARA and help with re-registration.
Which plan to choose
It depends on the company's tax regime:
- simplified regime — a 5 m² lease, 1,600,000 UZS per month;
- general regime — an 18 m² lease, 2,600,000 UZS per month, including free presence during an inspection.
Paying for 12 months at once is 15% cheaper.
What to check
Ask whether the landlord guarantees registration at the address, how quickly you will learn about incoming mail and what happens if an authority comes for an inspection. Requirements for area and documents can change, so consult before choosing a plan.
We serve 95 companies and guarantee registration of a legal entity at the address we provide.
